Anne Kershaw has been involved with high tech litigation management since 1993, taking management roles on national coordinating and trial counsel teams defending volume, multi-state, product liability claims. Ms. Kershaw continually tracks and tests new technological developments and applications. Combining her legal experience with thorough situation analysis and management techniques, Ms. Kershaw's specialty is in finding cost-effective strategies and solutions for the unique efficiency and cost management challenges inherent in volume litigation. In addition, Ms. Kershaw is an expert on reducing costs associated with accumulated legacy data and she provides opinions and recommendations for the management of legacy data.
Anne is the founder of Reasonable Discovery, LLC, which offers next generation e-discovery and data investigation services, finding, explaining and defending whatever needs to be found for e-discovery, compliance and information governance purposes.
She is a co-founder of the E-Discovery Institute, a non-profit organization that conducts studies regarding electronic discovery processes and technologies. Ms. Kershaw is involved in federal civil rules reform to address electronic discovery issues and provided electronic discovery survey data and testimony before the Federal Civil Rules Advisory Committee. She is the author of numerous articles, is a member of The Sedona Conference®, and teaches workshops on e-discovery at the Federal Judicial Center's conferences for U.S. Magistrate Judges.
Ms. Kershaw is a Faculty Member of Columbia University's Executive Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy, is on the Advisory Board and faculty for the Georgetown E-Discovery Training Academy, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Georgetown University Law Center's Advanced E-Discovery Institute. She also co-chairs the ABA's E-Discovery and Litigation Technology Committee for the Corporate Cousel Litigation Section Committee.

Fabrizi brings wide-ranging experience from a litigation perspective arising from her work as a case manager on a high profile national tobacco litigation at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and as a Senior Legal Analyst at Philip Morris USA, where she managed and coordinated in-house document collection and review for use in current and ongoing litigation. Mrs. Fabrizi experience includes work on all phases of corporate litigation defense practices from the inception of a case to trial.
Annette Fabrizi earned her B.A. in Psychology in 1995 from Manhattan College. Mrs. Fabrizi is also a graduate of The Philadelphia Institute of Paralegals where she specialized in Corporate Finance and Business Law. In addition, she completed her MBA in 2001 at Manhattan College's Masters of Business Administration Program with a specialty in Finance and Management.
